Static assets on this deployment (Cloudflare Pages or powersoff.com):

  wifi_helper.c       — C source (WebSocket scan server, port 8732)
  build_helper.bat    — x64-only MSVC build script

Download all at once: Powersoff app → Device registry → Desktop helper → Download build

Build (Windows, MSVC x64):
  1. Open "x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS" in this folder
  2. Run: build_helper.bat
  3. Run: wifi_helper.exe

Hybrid PWA (HTTPS site + local helper):
  WebSocket ws://127.0.0.1 is blocked from HTTPS pages in the browser.
  - On the live HTTPS URL: use in-browser Wi-Fi monitor (no helper), or
  - Save index.html locally (see /local/README.txt), run wifi_helper.exe, Connect
